REFUND POLICY

Taylor Ray Design & Decor accepts returns and exchanges under all of the conditions outlined here.

Returns
Our return policy is 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after the initial 30 days. These are manufacturers' terms and conditions, and this policy applies to all orders. 

To be eligible for a refund you must return the item to us. Unless your item is received damaged, or there was some error on our part, you will be responsible for initial return shipping costs. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all packing, parts and original carton and not assembled or modified in any way. If you simply are not satisfied with the item the order is considered Buyer's Remorse, and a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Return credits are issued once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse. If you decide to return an item and WE provide the return label, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. If you select to receive your refund via Store Credit or credit your method of payment and YOU provide a prepaid return label, you will receive a full refund from Taylor Ray Decor.

Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged during return shipping or returns that are never received, we recommend that you "insure" all return shipments and provide us with the shipment tracking number.

Some of our products are exempt from being returned. Specifically, non-stocked items that are produced per your specification or selection of specific materials, such as upholstery pattern and color, laminate finish or other. These products are manufactured to order and are not eligible for return.

DAMAGE POLICY

All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely for visible damage during transit. Should you observe "significant" damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it. If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment.

If you receive a damaged item, Taylor Ray Decor will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible and at no cost to you. In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening it please notify us within 5 days by email at customerservice@taylorraydecor.com

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.

There is often some processing time by your credit card company or bank before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at products@taylorraydesign.com and send your return package to: Taylor Ray Design, 20036 Progress Drive, Strongsville, Ohio, US, 44149.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

Shipping

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@taylorraydecor.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@taylorraydecor.com.

You should consider forwarding a tracking number to us from your shipping service or purchasing shipment insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item but tracking info will insure that we can locate it.
